The HJC RPHA 91 Modular Helmet combines innovative design and premium materials to deliver exceptional safety, comfort, and versatility for riders. Crafted with a shell constructed from carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber, this helmet offers enhanced shock resistance while maintaining a lightweight profile. The helmet features a streamlined profile with a dual-axis pivot chin bar mechanism, which minimizes air resistance and wind noise, providing a quiet and aerodynamic riding experience. The chin bar retracts smoothly to allow for easy conversion between full-face and open-face configurations, adding flexibility for different riding scenarios. The integrated Smart HJC 2nd Generation system, co-developed with SENA and tailored for compatibility with various HJC helmet models, offers seamless connectivity, though devices are sold separately. The interior is equipped with HJC’s premium anti-bacterial RPHA fit lining, featuring moisture-wicking and quick-drying capabilities for enhanced comfort during extended use. The 3D contour cheek pads are removable, washable, and interchangeable across all sizes, allowing for a customized fit and optimal comfort. The helmet’s sun visor mechanism includes a dynamic multi-step sun-visor with a smoke-tinted, anti-fog coating, ensuring clear vision in various conditions. Easily operated via a bottom-positioned system, the sun visor can be positioned up to 10 mm closer to the face for maximum shading. Eyebrow vents help with defogging and ventilation, contributing to overall comfort and airflow management. The helmet also includes a pinlock® 120XLT® prepared visor with 99% UV protection and anti-scratch coating, safeguarding your eyes from harmful rays and scratches. Reflective materials integrated into the design enhance safety, especially in low-light conditions.
